Our enduring fascination with it is everywhere; from great works of literature and accounts of the sacred, to the pulpiest films and the wildest urban legends. From the most lurid tales of criminality and our primal fears, to life-saving interventions and the most cutting-edge medical treatment that gives us a foothold against the toughest diseases. Poison is both bane and boon and nowhere is this dichotomy better evidenced than in the eternal existence of the Poison Plant Elders.
